What's the procedure when there are unsuitable weather conditions?
Your safety is paramount. Unfavorable weather as determined by our captain will lead to either a proposal to reschedule for an alternative date or a complete refund. We continually monitor weather forecasts and will inform you if there are any concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
